Room, we specifically requested for twin room by email twice far advance before we checked in. But still, no twin room available unless we pay extra to upgraded our room type. We ended up paying extra as my aunt don’t want to share bed. Also the lighting in the bathroom is very strange. It’s controlled under the Master button. It should be individual control. And it’s very dark in the bathtub area. This is my first time that no bathing salt was provided for the bathtub. The shower room, after we took the shower, it has the water dripping sound long after we finished shower, it stopped only when the shower room floor is all dry. All in all, very disappointing experience indeed.

The location is convenient as within 5 mins walk from the BTS Phloen Chit. There is a mini coffee and biscuits corner at Level 17 which we always drop by for our hot chocolate before bed. We will given THB700 and used it for room service. The thai fried rice is yummy with alot of crab meats. The Spa located in the hotel is good and at a good price. To note the spa charges cannot be charged to the room. We have requested for firmer pillow prior to arrival and were provided in our rooms. The only thing is the shower room which the floor is not correctly angle thus the water will not drained out and pooled till house keeping.
