Staff were fantastic - very polite and friendly. I didn't like the restaurant as their breakfast buffet wasn't anything to write about. We liked the location as well as we rented a car and never had problems with parking in front of the hotel.

They gave away our room reservation

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 4’s dream vacation to Thailand 6 months prior to checking in. I received confirmation for my 2 rooms a week before check-in and upon arrival we found out they gave away one of our rooms. The hotel was fully booked for the rest of the week and had no extra rollways (if there were even room to put some in our small room, which there was not). Our flight landed at midnight so we arrived to hotel at 1:30 AM. After talking to the hotel front desk and hotels.com customer service until 8:30 AM, we still had no resolution and no place to stay in Bangkok for the rest of our 3-night stay. I was extremely disappointed with Hotels.com’s resolution center. For 6 hours straight, I was passed around from agent to agent; they just kept putting me on hold and getting disconnected. They tried to find us a new room in Bangkok with no luck, even though when we looked on other hotel apps, there were plenty of options. It took me on the phone 6 hours for them to gradually up our puny credit for the hassle. My husband and I sat on the lobby floor the whole night because that was the only place I could charge my phone because of the 6 hours of phone calls. It was a complete waste of a night’s sleep. After giving up on Hotels.com trying to help us out and relocate us, we found an awesome hotel 2 minutes later on another app. The place was amazing and we are so glad we went elsewhere. I do want to clarify that the Seekers hotel was clean.

The price was a bargain. The staff was professional. Very quiet and relaxing. One of the best hidden gems in Bangkok. If I travel to Bangkok again, I will stay here again.

Great option in an underrated area of Bangkok

We stayed here as a couple for a week, in a king bed room. Service was fantastic throughout and the room was clean, new, comfortable and properly turned down every day. The rooftop pool is great, as is the terrace. We didn't go for breakfast but you have some really good street food stalls and a duck noodle place around the corner, along with a fantastic coffee shop called Nip. Would absolutely stay here again - the only negative was that we sometimes got a smell from the drain in the bathroom, but I expect that in certain cities. Nonetheless it'd be good if the bathroom door reached all the way to the ceiling.

Nice place to stay in Bangkok, comfy rooms and nice showers. We arrived late at night and the checking was smooth. If I have to mention a downside is the location is kind of far from shopping centers and temples however the good side is the bus stop and MRT blue line is walking distance. Also, at night is a bit lonely in case you are traveling alone is good to be careful but we never have any security issues.

Don’t use the laundry service- Rip-off alert

While the room was nice, the stay was ruined by an outrageous laundry charge. Their website shows laundry service but doesn’t show the prices, so we assumed it would be nornal thai rates. When it was ready the next day, we got charged $82 for two small bags of laundry. We were never told the costs up front and they refused to do anything about the charges after we complained. We reluctantly had to pay to get our clothes back so it put a sour note on our short stay there. Overall just a horrible experience as we basically had to pay for 2 extra nights on what otherwise would normally be $3-6 for wash and fold at most.

I had a great stay at Seekers Finders. I found it well located for my needs and it was easy to get anywhere by car, subway or tuk-tuk. Enjoyed the fact that I felt like I was in a true neighborhood and not a hotel cluster area. My room was very nice and the modern and subtle design worked perfectly for me. Must mention a very nice staff ! I won't forget being short on cash for a taxi ride one early morning for a tour bike of Bangkok and the person at the front desk loaning me a bit of cash to make it in time to my destination ! Saved my day just like that. That's going beyond service and is not taken for granted. Thank you again to this nice gentleman.

Peculiar Hotel

Clean hotel with very helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel itself is peculiar, and not in an intriguing way. It’s one of those hotels that you just find yourself asking, why did they do it like that? From the bedside table and plug sockets that were a huge stretch from the bed, to the lifts that were always confused about which floor they were on, to the fact the built the swimming pool on the north side of the roof that gets no sunlight and that they advertise as having a bar but, in reality, it’s still under construction. The suite also has a random kitchen sink (no pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc to use) in one area and in another area, a microwave - so a disparate and weirdly pointless kitchen. Lovely staff though.

Initially my experience was awful. Spent two days traveling, needed to sleep and shower, and when I got there my room smelled like a sewer because the pipes had broken or something. I felt really humiliated, and angry, and it took a lot of time to get a refund for that room (325 — never stay there). The property itself is extremely nice, nice rooms and decor, staff is alright and mostly friendly. But that first night really crushed my spirit, especially that I ended up getting no sleep bc i didn’t want to waste a day. Anyway, great property nonetheless, just don’t stay in room 325. It’s a cruel joke that they even set people up in sewer smelling rooms.
