It was in some ways fine. But they were really pushy with sales, which I don’t think is proper. Now when finally needed to booke something then messed up and didn’t book it! We were suppose to leave for the airport at midnight, and they hadn’t booked when we came down. Honestly we should just have gotten a grab at this point, but they immediately booked a new airport transfer - that came 30 minutes later! Not ideal when going to the airport, what made it even worse the driver was super slow (50kmh on the highway!) super unsafe and uncomfortable, and he was on his phone non stop, and fully ignored us when we tried to talk to him. When you book thorough the hotel you expect them to have proper drivers. I’ve never had a hotel put us in such an unsafe situation.

Clean room with comfortable beds. The pool area was nice and the gym was small but okay. It was in a quiet area of Bangkok and we found excellent authentic Thai restaurants nearby for an absolute bargain. As family rooms weren’t that easy to come by we found this hotel good for this and reasonably priced.

Our stay at Royal Princess Larn Luang was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make it special. My boyfriend had planned a surprise proposal, and the team helped him every step of the way. From organizing the setup to making sure we had the perfect moment. Their genuine warmth made the experience beautiful and magical. A special thank-you to Kevin (the Receptionist)for his kindness, and dedication. He didn’t just provide excellent service, he helped create a beautiful memory that we will cherish forever. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place where the staff truly care.

Hôtel très confortable, calme, piscine très grande et à bonne température. Chambre pour 4 spacieuse, confortable et propre. seule la porte de la salle de bain était abîmée. Le quartier n’est pas terrible il faut prendre des taxis pour aller au centre d’intérêt (environs 8€). Petit déjeuner très bien, buffet très bien garni.

This was probably a 4-star hotel once upon a time but now it’s needed of a real good renovation and cleaning. - hard beads - could not sleep - overall not like the pictures more worn down and need of a renovation - ok breakfast Good part was the pool that was large, extra plus for that
