No supermarket or shop around no hair dryer they don’t even have the system to check out booking online. Booked 2 room she gave one room never be back for this place again.

I booked this hotel for a 1 night stay before catching an international flight, assuming it was in the vicinity of BKK (both because of its name and it came up on the Expedia search as close to the airport). I was sadly mistaken! The hotel is a 25 min. cab ride from BKK, fortunately metered cabs are inexpensive in Bangkok. There are no services close by (restaurants, convenience stores)....it seems to be located in the middle of nowhere (have to provide 30 min notice to get a cab). The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, but we were able to order french fries & beer from room service, although it did not seem to be a guaranteed option. On a positive note, our room was clean and quite comfortable and wifi was good.

This is really not what I've read from these reviews. 30 minutes away from BKK airport bed is not clean, blanket has stains and found hair on bed sheet breakfast is disappointing However, Staff and transit drivers are very nice and friendly.

Great airport transit option

If you’re looking for an affordable place relatively close to the airport, this is a good option. It is in a fairly random dark area so would not recommend for actually going out and about in Bangkok. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Reservamos o hotel somente para descansar durante uma longa conexão. Ele não é tão próximo ao aeroporto mas eles oferecem o transporte sem custo. O local parece um pouco ermo, mas o staff é bem simpático e prestativo. O hotel é bem simples e parecia limpo.

送迎サービスは深夜・早朝にもかかわらず、快く引き受けて頂き、大変助かりました。深夜便での到着、入国審査での混雑のため、しばらく待たせてしまったのですが、事前に携帯電話番号をお知らせいただいていたので、電話でやりとりして、無事会うことができました。田舎の一本道の先にあるので、周辺には何もありませんが、向かう途中にどこか飲食店などに寄りますか、とドライバーさんが声を掛けてくれました。部屋はシンプルですが清潔感はありますし、フロントの方はきれいな英語を話しますのでWifiの情報など丁寧に教えてくれ、他のスタッフも皆ホスピタリティにあふれていますので、問題は特にありません。セキュリティもかなりしっかりしています。空港周辺に泊まる必要がある方にはコスパ良しですし、うちの家族は地元のローカル感も味わえて、楽しめていたようです。

Pleasant stay!!

We stayed for one night before we went Pattaya. Overall good and value for money. Hotel located in very silence area.. so singular female traveler should be careful not to go out. Staffs were very friendly and kind, helpful while we couldn’t find the pick-up driver at the airport, anyhow their response was fast to resolve issue. Room was very clean and Breakfast was also nice with basic items.

Hotel très calme staff génial, 15mn de l'aéroport

Nous avons été super bien accueillis dans cet hôtel de Bangkok, situé à 15/20 mn en voiture de l'aéroport, au bout d'une longue ligne droite, dans une petite rue très calme. L'hôtel dispose d'un confort très continental, ce qui est bien agréable après 3 semaines d'hôtels locaux. On vient vous chercher à l'aéroport, et on vous y ramène sans problème si vous veillez à réserver avec cette option. L'hôtel dispose d'un service de restauration et de petit déjeuner que nous n'avons pas testé. Vous aurez la wifi dans la chambre et la tv avec satellite, dont Tv 5 monde. Cet hôtel est vraiment reposant et surtout, toute l'équipe est merveilleusement accueillante. nous le recommandons pour être un peu à l'abri de la fureur de Bangkok, quand on est en transit.

Fantastic

Although I have been to Bangkok many times this was the first time that I have booked this hotel and after my stay I left wishing I had booked it before! As for the hotel ,firstly I found the staff to be extremely professional, polite and efficient. The food that we were served during our stay was exceptionally good and the room that I was assigned was extremely well . We will be back again for sure.
