I arrived early and didn’t expect my room to be ready. I also thought I might have to change rooms for the next two nights booked by a tour group. The very kind and helpful check in clerk agreed this likely would be so, but magically found my room ready for all three nights within 15 minutes

The hotel is excellent from top to bottom and a great value - at least for what hotels charge in the United States. I would have given it a five except that the party boats going back and forth on the water from Asiatique every night blare loud music past 10:00pm. The sound is amplified by the hotel structure where it bounces from wall to wall. I go to sleep early and this woke me up every night.

The room was overall clean. Our room overlooks the pool and the river. At night time the view was amazing. The staffs was very pleasant. And the hotel had a welcoming arrival snacks and beverages for the guest. The hotel was right on the river and the hotel has their own water taxi to drop hotel guest off to one port. Which was very convenient. And also a complimentary tuk tuk.

This hotel stood out in any question You would ask. Check inn was superp, the young man gave us all needed informations and we did feal welcomed. Room was good standard and very clean, food in restaurant was realy good. The staff in the hotel was very professionel (not to much, not to little) . It was our first stay here, but for sure not the last.
