Wrong address and no refund!

I booked this guesthouse, went to this address as in the description but there was no hotel there. Called them up and they sayed the address is wrong and send me another address some kilometers away of that!!!! what a mess. I asked for refund and they even refuse!!!! Hands off of that Guesthouse

Oasis in the heart of town

I loved my stay there because of the quiet location near a stream 15 minutes walk from On Nut a BTS station. The room with a confortable double bed was spacious being 12 feet by 16 feet with a balcony in the front and back. They are putting in new furnishings, and the owners are super nice and friendly, I checked in the first night at 3 am and the owners waited outside for me who arrived in a taxi as it would be difficult to find otherwise. I am very grateful to them , they kept the place clean, I will surely use this guesthouse in the future.

オンヌットの駅から歩いて10分くらいでしたか、Googleマップ片手に路地の突き当たりにありましたラマ ゲストハウス。 二階の部屋に案内され、ベッドとテレビ、そして良く効くエアコン、水回りは少しつまりやすいですが、値段も手頃で僕にとっては十分な宿でした。部屋の入り口には椅子が置いてあり、そこから見る景色は代々木辺りから新宿を眺めるような感じがしてビールを飲みながらボーっとしていました。 滞在中、虫などにも遭遇せず(蚊はいました。)エアコンも良く効いてくれたので、個人的にはとても良い滞在になりました。 オーナーのご夫婦も穏やかに接して下さいます。門限の説明をしていただいたのですが、門の鍵を託して下さったおかげで、時間を気にせずに外出できました。 あと、髭剃りや歯ブラシなどはご自身で用意して下さい！コンビニ等は近くにお店がありますが、夜遅くになると閉まってしまうので、夜の買い出しは少し不便です。 ただ、ローカルな雰囲気は最高でした！

잘못된 주소, 고장난 화장실, 볼 수 없는 호스트

1. 잘 못된 주소 - 주소가 잘 못 되어 도착해서 1시간동안 길거리를 헤맸다. 주인 호스트에게 전화하여 위치를 물었으나 의사소통이 원활하지 않았다. 결국 새벽 2시가 넘어서야 오토바이로 픽업을 왔다. 2. 고장난 화장실 - 변기물을 내릴 때마다 물이 새어나왔다. 샤워호스가 부러져 물이 뿜어져 나왔다. 변기 고쳐달라고 하였는데 보고나서 부품이 필요하다며 다음에 오겠다고 하였지만 오지 않았다. 3. 볼 수 없는 호스트 - 샴푸, 비누, 휴지가 다 떨어져 호스트에게 요청해야하는데 호스트를 볼 수 없었다. 결국 내 돈으로 편의점에서 샀다. 12일 숙박했는데 방청소를 1번만 해주었다. 청소도 내가 직접하였다.

J’ai fui...

Logement trop loin de la gare d’où je repartais tôt le matin mais je n’avais qu’à faire attention au moment de la réservation... par contre très sommaire mais surtout sale ! La salle de bains si on peut appeler ça comme ça, m’a faite fuir ! J’ai rendu les clés au bout de 15 mn et ai cherché un autre logement directement par mes propres moyens... à prendre si vous êtes plus courageux et moins regardants que moi !
