Staff was extremely polite and helpful, breakfast choices were excellent. We arrived at the hotel at 7:00 am our check in time was 12:00 pm but Jam at the reception was very kind and she put us on fast track and we got our room at 10:30. Our check in and check out process was seamless. Definitely we will recommend this Hotel

Staff was very very friendly and helpful at all times, definitely a huge plus. Although humidity level in rooms were really high, which causes slight smell in some rooms. Breakfast had many options. Pool had a nice view, first time I swam in the middle of skyscrapers, was a nice experience. Overall, hotel was nice, but the most important aspect was, it was in an extremely central location, you have access to everything, from local shops to malls, anything you need is near you.

The hotel was nice and clean with nice facilities like the pool area and sky bar in the 26;th floor. Very nice staff in the hotel. The beds were actually excellent. The location pretty deep into the soi 20 made it a bit tricky to reach by walking. The best transportation is by taxi or mini bus.
