1st time staying at the novotel platinum bangkok. Absolutely stunning hotel, spotlessly clean, competitive prices, perfect location, Great beauty salon (had a fantastic thi massage). The swimming pool/bar area was amazing. I have never seen such a breakfast buffet in my life (spoilt for choice). All the staff were really happy and helpfull, the receptionist Poomii was so helpful giving us advice on local attractions , restaurants and transport. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. 5 star 🌟
