The room was clean and big, there was a king bed, table to eat at with two chairs and a couch coffee table, it’s an older property but still in good shape but it’s the staff that stands out…. They are awesome and there’s a free Tuk Tuk to get you closer to the action. All in all a great spot with a fantastic view of I giant park with walking and jogging trails not to mention a huge sports center, ILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

Because the war in the midle east started the same day I was going to Thailand my flight was canceled. I had paid in advance for one week stay in this hotel. I told the hotel staff immediatley that I had no choice but to cancel and ask for a refund. Nanatai hotel kept my money and refused to give anything back. I heard this from Hotels.com, the hotel itself don't even answer my mail.
