We booked this hotel because it states on Expedia that it has sauna facility but was disappointed upon arrival when we asked the location of the sauna. The hotel said they do not have but instead we have to pay 500 baht to use steam room in the spa instead. Overall the floor staff at the breakfast restaurant was nice and the driver and concierge staff wearing glasses was helpful during morning shift. The shuttle at certain times of the day is a plus point.
