I just stayed at MUU for the second time, and I have been very happy with both experiences. Staff are very attentive and friendly, the place is mostly very clean, rooms are nice and spacious, and the location and the amenities are great. I only had a couple issues: the shower water did not get very hot and the device that holds the shower handle had a bunch of brown stuff dripping from it (which I assume was wet rust). But these are pretty minor. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Well I frankly would not consider this place as a true 5 star hotel! The service is decent but definitely nothing like a real five star hotel, some hidden charges may happen like if you stain some of their towels with make up which was unexpected for me! The pool is amazing but no changing place, don’t really have a true spa and the gym is very small! But of course the room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit dangerous as the tubs are very high, not a good idea for fall risk guests, and the drain maybe older hence the bathtub drain doesn’t flow well, often gets a bit clogged! So probably won’t stay next time as we had a tremendous experience in Conrad Bangkok and the price difference was not significant!!

Like people, measure of quality can be measured after difficult period, and in this, an earthquake shaking Bangkok for a day. After safely evacuating, whole area around the hotel were full of scared and confused people who rushed out to the streets. As other hotels around the area didn't do a thing for their hotel guests, MUU hotel staffs were busy handing out water and other drinks to everyone around the hotel waiting on the streets. Within 2 hours, hotel staffs were in full swing securing and cleaning rooms and common areas, and we were allowed to go back to our rooms. I witnessed how hard everyone at the hotel were working to ensure safety and giving out information which were hard to come by within few hours after. MUU hotel takes pride in taking their customers like family. I experienced this first hand by people like Beam and GiGi at front desk, Concierge man who personally carried my bags to the hotel next block away, Duty manager and countless other staffs at the hotel treating their guests like true family member. I've stayed at many hotels thru the years, both good and bad. MUU will forever change my perception of a true Thai hospitality. True measure of one's strengths is formed forever after an adversity. This earthquake experience has forever stamped MUU hotel as the best hotel staff in my 40 plus years of travel. I have already changed my future hotel stays in Bangkok to ensure I go back to MUU hotel Thonglo. Thank you to you all at the MUU hotel !

The most wonderful boutique hotel

Fabulous Hotel, with amazing staff. Our room was just perfect with the world's most comfortable bed. Everything about this hotel is 5 star, we were sad to only stay for 2 nights. Thank you to Gigi, Babe, K.Best and Woody for being so welcoming and helpful. Truly a delight in every way.
