Our airplane had a mechanical failure which resulted in us arriving a day late. I emailed the property more than 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival and they acknowledged receipt. Expedia said they contacted the property and the property refused to give us a refund for that missed day. We paid for an entire night that we did not spend at this hotel and the reason the hotel refused to refund the money was because of "policy." The hotel property was full of trash and the pool drained, the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade or remodel, everything looks right out of the 1970s. As is usual in Thailand, the staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and attentive to our every need and request.

No pool, just a pond :(

There is no usable pool! :( a group of us booked this hotel on the fact it had parking and a pool. At check in I asked what level the pool is on, the lady said 8th floor. We searched the whole of the hotel and couldn’t find a pool. Went back to reception, a guy led us out the back and to a dark, unlit, dirty ‘pond’, and then walked off. This was the pool. It hasn’t been cleaned for a year- no filters or pumps running, even think there was fish in there. We went to complain and they just replied ‘covid’. This ruined our plans, hotels.com were contacted and didn’t seem to care. The room was good, clean, comfortable and of a good size. But, we booked it on having a pool, very annoyed at this :(

The location is a bit inconvenient, far back on a Soi off Sukumvit road, but it is a nice hotel. Breakfast, service and the room were generally excellent, but there was some unrepaired water damage to the floor. The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner and there is no bar.

Convenient, clean and quiet hotel

Lily Residence is a small, clean hotel and is conveniently located on a quiet street just off Sukhumvit Road. Just a short walk to Udom Suk BTS station from where one can access trains to the downtown Sukhumvit area. A short taxi ride to Central Plaza, Paradise & Seacom Shopping centres where there are plenty of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly and any request we made was promptly dealt with. Good value and we would recommend this hotel to others. Will definitely stay at Lily Residence when visiting Bangkok again.

Quite HoteL

This area is pretty secluded one and one can easily talk with themselves.. Rooms were really OK.. and reception staff Ying and khao was superb and very helpful with excellent communication skill.. if i want to remain within me then I will take this hotel again else I will not..
