The staff was great, hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful inside. Great food at the Mexican restaurant in the hotel, best fish and shrimp tacos. Hotel is close to everything. My second time staying here and loved it. I will be back.

Our 3rd and likely last time at Novotel Living. It simply wasnt up to 4-star standard. Quality has declined overall since our previous visits in 2018 and 2024. Check-in felt process driven, we arrived 1pm and were made to sit and wait til 2pm to check-in. Check-out was easy, as it should be. The room felt more like an old long stay residence than a 4-star hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Our daily service was excellent. But the room was shabby, poorly maintained, broken floor boards, leaky/running toilet, leaky flimsy shower head, kitchen tap flimsy and loose. Room amenties were almost non-existent and you had to order everything through an app. Amenities like the pool and fitness center were good. Breakfasts were very poor, unhygienic, poorly quality and poorly facilitated. Disappointing overall, Novotel Living was very average, not up to 4-star standards, and at there are better options at those rates. (We have a booking for July 26, which we will cancel as a result of our recent experience).

Very clean hotel. The room was in excellent shape, just like the photos. Very impressed with hotel and great location with BTS, shopping, and restaurants all within few minutes walk. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was generally good but not exceptional, not sure it is worth the $19 charge. The gym is better than most hotels and a the Mexican restaurant is very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. They take such good care of it.

It could be more sunbeds around the pool but overall good space and nice pool. The water in the pool could be warmer. Love the service, the staff was very freindly and helpful. And the room was very nice, clean and have great space. We will book this hotel again and will recommend all friends to book here when they want to travel to Bangkok.

We stayed at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy for our last two days in Bangkok, and it was a great choice for our family of four (two adults and two 11-year-olds). The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for a family. There was plenty of space, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and truly service-minded, always willing to help. The location is convenient, close to public transportation, high-end malls, and surrounded by an international crowd. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a small alley, which can sometimes feel a bit unsafe due to Bangkok’s fast and busy traffic. Overall, it’s a very comfortable, family-friendly hotel and we would still highly recommend it.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and am generally satisfied. But a few things to note after the last visit: there are no longer toothbrushes, cotton swabs etc in the room, which I think should be available without asking for it for a hotel in this price range. I would also like the breakfast to not have pork as standard, it would have been much better if it was vegetarian or with shrimp so that more people could choose it for breakfast. Pork could have been a topping to add yourself for those who wish. The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The staff are very nice, both at reception, porter/door man and in the restaurant. One minus is that the AC is quite loud so if you want to stay cool at night and are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. On my last visit just after New Year's I noticed that the hotel seemed more family-oriented than before but this means that it is a bit messier and louder at the pool area and breakfast than during my previous stays.
