Me and my friend booked the rooms because we were told it was a 5 Star hotel which is..kinda. What's still giving it a great name was the Hangover movie other than that that's really it. What makes Lebua hotel great is the: staff, view, food, and variety of other things. What they don't tell you is all the little fees having to pay. Staying in Thailand I felt as a tourist being 'gotten over' and wasn't the only one because others felt the same way too hearing their complaints. How can you charge X amount for a small portion? The only justification is that it's unique and artistic which makes it profound, but can get more off of the streets if anything. Going in both mine and my friend's room, there were weird smells, maybe moldy. Which turned us off from the jump and with no labels of, if you drink the soda you have to pay extra, and water for their dinner. In Thailand I notice that in most bars they force you to buy drinks/bottles just to get in the bar. I'm not much of a drinker so water was my best option, and still made me pay for that. The dinner was good, but really just wanted something, not the full course meal being forced to eat. Lol felt like the Grinch being fed all of this food but not really enjoying it fully. Feedback/Take aways: For the business to make all of this money being honest and making it known to the customer on why they are being charged this amount, and letting it being know of what is going to cost. Would I come back?...Maybe or go elsewhere.

Room spacious but dated. Expedia platinum status not recognized at check in, simply told they cannot see anything in their system, I was told to email Expedia Drink vouchers not offered despite asking twice. No room upgrade checked or offered. Staff were polite enough but did not seem interested to go above and beyond No special advantage of bring in-house guests to get the City views from the dome. You have to queue up with hundred of tourists with vouchers to come to the sky bar from other hotels. Not an exclusive feel. For the price point, you get the space with suites but that’s about it.

Very good service, excellent location, very clean room with an extraordinary view. But upon arrival at 3:15 pm, I left my luggage at the entrance and it never arrived in my room. I had to ask for it, and it was in another room—a nightmare. Luckily, it was recovered without any problems, and I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel.

The hotel surprised us with a small red velvet cake, complimentary chocolates, and a card wishing us a happy anniversary—such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that made us feel genuinely celebrated. The stay itself was exceptionally comfortable, with excellent food, outstanding service, and a breathtaking view of the river that added to the overall experience. Everything felt refined yet welcoming. If we have the opportunity in the future, we would absolutely love to stay here again.

Absolutely outstanding. I travel constantly and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I booked a lebua Suite River View but I was eligible for an upgrade as I have EXPEDIA VIP ACCESS (Platinum). I got a lovely room in the Tower Club at lebua on the 53rd floor. From the moment I walked in, every member of staff was super friendly, welcoming and polite. They made every guest feel valued. Excellent customer service. My room was huge and spacious with a view to die for of the majestic Chao Phraya River and Bangkok skyline. It was lovely waking up in the morning and going out on my personal balcony to enjoy the view and refreshing breeze. You will be required to sign a disclaimer upon arrival to have access to the balcony. A member of staff will then unlock the doors for you. I would be mindful if you have small children or a baby as there is a sizeable gap between the pillars. I had a spacious bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower, work desk and separate living room. Very clean. Complimentary water was provided daily. Housekeeping was done well. The staff were so kind and left chocolates, fruit and beer for me to enjoy. The hotel has a number of award-winning bars and restaurants on the premises, that I would highly recommend trying when staying at the hotel. You are a 10-minute walk from Saphan Taksin BTS (Silom Line) and Sathorn Pier which serves as a gateway for river transportation.
