This property looks very pretty from the outside however the inside is a different story. The rooms are literally tiny with a sink in the middle of the room which makes no sense to me. I am 5 feet and when sitting on the bathroom toilet the door was touching my knees. The hotels front desk staff are very very rude. I had an incident with picking up the wrong food from delivery (which was just left by the front door of the hotel for hours) and was forced by the front desk to pay out of pocket for the mistake. They accused me of stealing and made me feel very unsafe. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend this property to anyone else.

It is a very new and stylish hotel. The staffs are very nice. Good location only 3 mins walk from the hotel to the BTS On Nut station. The room is very clean and tidy too.

For a five star property you would think there would be some form of welcoming from the staff when you arrive, instead they were more preoccupied with their phones. Check in early, there was a charge which is fine, however room wasn’t cleaned throughly and no amenities provided like toothbrush etc At other 5 star properties, the staff went above and beyond, helped with luggage, were proactive and made our stay memorable, at this property you’d be lucky to have the door opened for you The living space was decent size but the toilet was extremely small, cannot move around once you’re inside
