This hotel was top class quality. The staff are exceptional (especially the door man, he’s always one step ahead of you to open the doors for you & so friendly). The room was amazing, so modern. The bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable - best nights sleep ever. The location was perfect. We loved everything about this hotel, the pool etc & would definitely recommend and stay again.

A nice hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Big spacious room with shower, bathtub, warm/washing/cleaning toilet seat. Funny water pool in "jungles", nice morning buffet with numerous tasty breakfast meals. On-site restaurant where we could take lunch and dinner. Walking distance to the nice Jim Thompson house/garden museum. Amazing staff. I stayed in the hotel for one week and will return there at the next trip to Bangkok.

Great location and very helpful staff. I suspect the hotel needs some renovations, especially corridor carpets which look a bit worn. Room was very nice and breakfast very good. I judge a hotel on whether it offers peanut butter or not. Great hotels do.so pass!
