Enjoyed our second stay. Fix the HVAC.

This is our second time staying at this lovely hotel with a friendly staff. However, the HVAC system needs a complete cleaning. From the moment we walked in, we could smell the musky, dampness in the living area of the suite. The bedroom, which is on a separate system, was fine. The musky odor was the present during our entire stay. The complimentary snacks are appreciated. I really liked having a washing machine/dryer in the suite.

Spa is so relaxing. Room is very clean and convenient. Staffs are very nice. Everything is perfect except the street infront of this hotel. Due to the construction of the next hotel next to it, there is no pedestrian walk.

I had an excellent stay at the Grand Centerpoint. The location is excellent, in Siam, close to Siam Paragon CentralWorld and other shopping. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent. I really appreciate having a kitchen and washing machine, makes my stay so much more comfortable. The swimming pool was also lovely. Breakfast was very good with many options. I have subsequently stayed here again and look forward to staying again in the future.

The accommodation was excellent, and the staff are very helpful. We loved the pool, which was actually the reason we chose this hotel. It definitely didn’t disappoint. People considering this hotel might want to bear in mind that it doesn’t sell alcohol. We missed this fact, though it’s specified on the hotel website. My partner got some beers from a nearby 7/11 so it wasn’t an issue for us - more of a surprise.

Spacious rooms, great location

Can’t beat the location—right in the middle of Bangkok near CentralWorld and the BTS. The rooms are huge, more like apartments, and having a full kitchen is super convenient. Great choice if you want space and comfort while staying close to everything.
