The location is very good, directly connected with both BTS Asoak, and Metro Sukhumvit, and the shopping mall Terminal 21. You can get the trains avoiding the heavy rain in Bangkok. The hotel is new, modern, sophisticated with pool, gym and spa and garden, the breakfast had a lot of choice and very good.

Excellent stay!!!! Staff exceptional in customer service. Would definitely stay again! Amenities are excellent. Very modern and upscale, excellent city view with nice wide windows with automatic shades. Bidet on toilets, everything modern in room. Very nice buffet breakfast, beautiful infinity pool. Game room for children was awesome. I love the indoor jacuzzi with the city view, also have a steam room. The hotel is inside the mall and access to BTS/MRT. Very convenient. Close to everything also there has to be like 50 different restaurants inside the mall so eating options were abundant. Walking distance to park is 8-10 mins. Would definitely stay again!

I just reviewed this but it was a perfect stay. In the middle of everything with easy pick up and drop off in the private passenger drop off area. Grab/taxi/airport transfer etc. super clean hotel!

Friendly staff and attentive. Cleanest hotel I have stayed so far in Thailand. Has everything you need. You could stay in the hotel and never leave. Walk into the mall with out going outside. Two restaurants inside. Gym. Pools. Sauna. Massage on site. My room had washer/dryer with complimentary detergent daily. 5 star treatment from the moment you arrive. I will be back!

This is a family friendly hotel that is just above the Terminal 21 shopping centre. It is in the middle of the famous Sukhumvit area. The staffs are cooperative and hotel is very clean.
