One of the OG hotels if central Bangkok. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Rooms old but good except excessive use of mirrors and mirrored tiles (overuse does NOT make the room seem larger). But all in all you can’t go wrong here!

All of the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. My husband got sick on the last day so we asked about a late check-out, and they kindly extended it free of charge, which we truly appreciated. Since we had a late-night flight, they also let us know that we could use the lockers and shower facilities to freshen up before leaving. The atmosphere of the building was wonderful, and the facilities were excellent. We had a very comfortable and memorable stay.

Fantastic location, great room and pool, but even more impressive was the quality of the service from staff, very attentive without being in your face. Wonderful to see and hear the ongoing advice and training from senior staff. Performed with guidance and grace rather than the negative “direction” I’ve seen at other establishments. Finally, the breakfast buffet was awesome. One of the best multi cuisine I’ve had in 45 years of travel. All a credit to Hyatt Erawan Bangkok management.
