The pictures of the room is not as shown. Rooms (our were two junior suite) were dated and carpet not properly cleaned, musty smell permeate the rooms. Would have been better if floor is laminate wood instead. Can skipped the breakfast option, even though some options we took outside the hotel are not that much better, and more expensive to boot.

Convenient n accessible to many shopping n eateries. But hotel room condition is old, power socket is loose, curtain doesn’t close fully, aircon control doesn’t work and temperature of aircon is fixed at 22 degrees which is super warm.

Breakfast was the only plus point for this hotel. This hotel really needs major renovations cause everything is old. No CCTV around any of the rooms so security and safety of the guests are not there. Hotel is in the middle of major shopping centers so it gets very hectic during the day. Location is perfect but the hotel is really old and needs maintenance (change of tiles, room paint, beds, full bathroom renovation, living area renovation etc)

The location was very accessible to everything, next door to Platinum mall, just a short walk to Big C and Central World. Canal boat going to MBK is very close. Staff are all friendly and speaks well in English. Room was spotless every day. And the breakfast buffet was satisfying. We're already planning to come back next year at this hotel. Grand Diamond Hotel is awesome.

We had to change rooms because the room and the carpet was so very dirty. So bad that we couldn’t believe they put us in 1904. The safe were ok about it and moved us the next morning. The new Junior Suite was so much better and no carpet. Great location

Little Disappointed This Time

I have been this hotel several times, But this time I got a little disappointed, We saw 2 large flying cockroaches in one of our rooms. They sprayed the room, after that we only saw 1 dead one.
