Exceptional air quality in the rooms

The air quality in the hotel is excellent. I noticed this on a previous stay and booked again. The cleanliness of the hotel, new furnishings and air conditioning units all play a role in the high air quality. Also, how the private rooms are designed provide a buffer against any fine particulate. For this reason alone I recommend booking. The staff however, were exceptional again. The front desk staff are masters of customer service and always willing to serve. I wished to stay longer but the rooms were all sold out. I only have praise for this property and the management, it's second to none!

Indeed, all guests here are a top priority

Right from the moment I recieved a message reply from the hotel, I knew this would be a good experience. The message began with "Dear Beloved Guest" which I have not seen in a message reply for a special request. It made me feel quite special and my request was graciously approved. Upon check in I was greeted by a warm and attentive staff member and quickly checked in. My first impression of the room was, extremely clean. Not a speck of dirt or odour. The air conditioner worked well and it offered purification from the pollution outside. The unit was near new and well maintained. The positive experience only continued as communication with all staff members was exceptional. I was waiting for a package with some confusion from the sender but the staff worked hard to listen to all my requests. When checking out my package still hadn't arrived. I was getting worried but as I waited for a grab (which cancelled on me after a long delay) a smiling staff member exited the hotel and brought my delivered package to me. He really went the extra mile and I'm confident they would do this for all their guests. 100% recommend booking here if you're solo or a couple. I would have booked in longer but they were sold out.

Super good. I got a single room with the shared bathroom. The bathrooms could have been cleaner for sure, and some kind of door between the bathroom entrance and the rooms because my room was right next to the toilet and i could hear every flush and every tap noise. But otherwise really nice and the staff were the best. Super smiley and helpful and they let me use the shower even after I checked out. Would highly recommend

Rooms with No Windows

No widows! The manager/attendant said, "There are tall buildings around, so there wouldn't be a view." I asked why did not state rooms have no windows in your description of the hotel? I kept my door cracked the first night to avoid claustrophobia. Fortunately, the other man on the floor with private rooms bailed after one night, and I was able to open wide my door the next night. I then moved to a hotel with windows. This place may be good for young guys who select tiny rooms with shared bathrooms, a la capsule hotels.

Okay, but…

The rooms do not have windows! I had to keep my door cracked open to avoid claustrophobia. I switched from a double private bathroom to a single shared bathroom for a second day just to justify taxiing to the establishment in order to getaway from Nana and be a bit closer to Lumphini Park. Then I am to return to Nana; it is a bit boring and vanilla here.

Very good location for very good price. Very near to chong nonsi BTS station and only 3 stations to siam station. Walking distance to Silom Area. Private single room is very good option if you travel on budget but still want privacy.
