Overall, the hotel was okay. Does what it needs to do. They try to nickel and dime you for sure. The airport transfers, water bottles. They find hair products on the pillows cases and call it damage. Just wash the pillows. It’s good enough though and mostly the people are nice there. Helpful with luggage.

Falsely advertises ‘Airport shuttle included’

I get really annoyed by false advertising, so here comes my rant. I booked a night here because it was within 3km of the airport. As you can see in the picture I’ve provided, it clearly states “Airport shuttle included” but this wasn’t the case. Upon arrival we were told that the airport shuttle was extra. The ad should be change to “Airport shuttle available” because it definitely isn’t included.

We stopped here for just one night to give us more time to catch our separately booked Bangkok Airways flight to Koh Samui the following day and to help us get over the jetlag. The hotel didn't disappoint. It is perfectly located just 10-15 mins from Suvarnabhumi Airport with an airport shuttle available, 24 hours a day (300 bath each way for 4). We arrived at the hotel around 9am and for a 400 bath fee we could check into our room early. We gladly paid this and were taken to our garden villa room which was perfect for the 4 of us. It was air conditioned, had a few amenities like mini bar, water for free etc. The hotel is clean, modern and has a great pool with a few loungers. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant with inside and outside seating on site, including really well priced food and drink, all very reasonable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, thank you to all. If you are looking for a good priced, well located hotel near the airport with shuttle service available then I highly recommend Gate 43.

Gate 43 was perfect for a a 1 night layover. It was close to the airport, easy transportation to the hotel and an airport shuttle if you leave in the morning. Food is available as well. I recommend Gate 43.

Not a Luxury Villa as billed!!!!

We arrived at just before 11pm - all appeared ok however when we went to the "luxury Villa"' it was essentially a beach hut with a mezzanine. Not what i was expecting!! No hot water in taps - when i called reception they said no hot water, only in shower. Again not great. Hoping Breakfast redeems them tomorrow.
