I lost my luggage by the airport and my hotel did their part in communicating and helping me find it. Even delivered it at 4am straight to my room! Everything was very clean, and they even made my bed during the evening when I was gone when they dropped off my laundry. The buffet was the best I’ve ever had. The elevators are really muggy is the only complaint I have.
