Clean room, Staff friendly, Airport shuttle is excellent and easy to find, breakfast is great, this is our second time staying at this property and we will return, great idea for early departure or late night departure. Would recommend this hotel to our friends and family Only we had wonderful and relaxing stay. Only downside far from everything.

We arrived by train from Chiang Mai. We were tired, hungry and dirty. I emailed asking for an early check in. We arrived at 10 am and were told to come back at 1:30 pm as they didn’t have a room yet. So we went to eat which was terrible. The eggs were not done to order and the chicken sausage and ham were so gross and low quality . We then hung out at the pool until we couldn’t handle it anymore. Went to the lobby at 12:45 pm to see others getting checked in. This was very frustrating as we just wanted to check in and take a shower and rest. Later I went to the spa for a massage which was the only savour of this stay. The massage was excellent. However walking to the spa there were men all lined up outside. They were drivers I believe that made me feel super uncomfortable and even though I don’t speak Thai I know they were talking about me which was just gross. I would not recommend this hotel.

Loved the free airport shuttle and everyone was so kind and clear. I nearly left my passport on the airport shuttle back home. Thank God the driver spotted it before I left and kindly gave it to me!!! Saved me so much time, money and heartache. Thank you Divalux. I’ll be back!!!

This is listed as close to airport it is about half hour in the traffic but worth it when you get there really friendly staff and the room was very clean and comfortable We never got to use the facilities as it was a one night before we came home arriving late evening The pool area is nice Breakfast was good Would definitely book again

Dead roach beside the bathtub. The receptionist who checked us in was curt and stoic, atypical of Thai service. Ordered dinner for three, two of the meals were served thirty minutes before third meal came out. After waiting twenty minutes I cancelled the third meal and was told it would be one mor minute and it was ten minutes before it was brought to me after I told the server twice I wanted to cancel. The server had another server bring the meal and again I told them to cancel the meal for the fourth time. They were annoyingly insistent. Some staff were friendly and a few staff members seemed distant and uninterested. Will not return again.
