The shuttle was very much on schedule. The rooms are spacious, clean. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it is always my go to property when I go to Bangkok. It is probably not the most convenient hotel if you are planning on spending much time in Bangkok, but it is very accessible to the airport.

Class hotel

I was very impressed with everything i can think of. Airport shuttle was very handy although i think it only runs hourly, with half hour returns. The place oozes quality from the buildings, the furniture and the fittings. Great staff, and plentiful too. The pool area and the multiple other outdoor areas are well designed and very inviting with multiple bars and restaurants also. Very impressive!

I stayed one night, however, it was a great night. I enjoyed the deli and their staff, it's a very clean and beautiful property! The pictures don't do it justice! I particularly can't say enough good things about the spa! Ask for Sarinthip and a 90 minute Thai massage! Best massage of my life!

Check in desk the first visit was friendly and professional. The second time we checked in the front check in was not friendly at all. Also, we had to change rooms because we got assigned rooms that was not the type we reserved. The concierge desk on the first stay was very helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel location is excellent, close to the airport and lots of restaurants, food courts, 7-11, supermarkets nearby. It has Let's Relax massage which is very good after a tired working day. Staff are friendly and breakfast buffet is also good. Hotel is big, it takes a long walk to the room.
