The staff were absolutely incredible, never said no and was always available no matter what, I cannot praise this hotel enough, its well worth the extra money, if your coming to Bangkok this is the only choice that should be on your list. We stayed in room 3113 and I would highly recommend anyone ask for a room on that side of the building, maybe ask them before booking which side that is and kindly ask for the same, the higher the better, the view from your room will blow your mind. Thank you to everyone at The Carlton. Clean, Professional, Comfy. An unforgettable experience.

What a wonderful stay at the Carlton. Outstanding rooms, perfect location, friendly staff, excellent food, and a great chef by the name of Ming. I hope I got the name correct. We extended our stay for 2 more nights and after a 3 day trip to Hua Hin we have just re-booked the Carlton for our last 3 nights in Thailand. We will be back next year for sure.
