This is not up to Best Western's standards at all. My friend also stayed there and he said he would never stay there again. My room wasn't vacuumed the entire time I was there and the bathroom floor wasn't swept or mopped. The shower drained very slowly and shower door didn't stay close. It only had two English speaking channels on TV. Thai people aren't staying in the hotel usually and yet most channels are in the Thai language. Thermastat didn't work so it was either freezing or hot.

Ok for the price. It’s a basic hotel. No breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Noticed roach traps under the sink but didn’t see any roaches. It’s right off the Main Street so is a little more quiet.

This hotel is located on a popular hotel Soi. ( a Courtyard, Novotel and others). Two wonderful spas are just across the street ( no more than 3 minutes walk) It is around a 10 min walk to BTS, but in BKK , that’s what you do, you walk. I would not let that deter you. The staff was nice and attentive, Pop was especially helpful and kind.
