The hotel staff was excellent everywhere we went. Superb five star service. Breakfast was included with our stay. It is worthy of getting, the variety of foods is extremely vast. The food was also freshly made, had variations daily, and was quite tasty. The fresh fruits were delicious and the restaurant services were great. Assistance in getting taxis was outstanding. The walk in shower was great with adjustable positioning and force. Towels were soft and comfortable. Water was plentiful and free throughout our stay. Also received extra rolls of toilet paper and facial tissue. Hotel was very accommodating. We had a shower door that would not close properly and caused water to flow into the bathroom floor. Told the front desk of the problem and it was fixed the same day. The shower stall even had a line that you could pull to hang wet items on. Really nice. The only complaint was the toilet that wouldn’t even flush away excrement of any kind. We had to have the toilet plumbed six times during our stay. We were told to not put toilet paper in the toilet; told to place any soiled toilet paper in the waste container in the bathroom. This to me was totally unacceptable; especially in a five star hotel. We complied but the still didn’t get its job done. Finally the hotel got the toilet to work well, but not like it should. The hotel went through a major update; but I question the plumbing status. I do not know if other rooms had the same plumbing issues.
