All was great, clean everywhere all the time, there was a 3-level shopping center on the lower floors with everything you can think of from food to banking to sitting areas. The view of the river at night and during sunrise was priceless.

hotel is nice and great friendly stuff. The shortcoming for this hotel is the location. it's not in the central place with all shoppings. so you have to take taxi although it's not expensive for taxi in Bangkok.

The check-in staff were so kind! Especially at check-out as well. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of foods. I loved the fresh juice and fruit stations. The gym is well-kept and overlooks the river. There is a 7-11 attached to the first floor of the entrance. You can go to the neighbor hotel/resort and utilize the ferry service FOR FREE! It will take you to different areas around the river, the most famous being the ICON SIAM mall! This resort gets 4/5 stars because it is incredibly far from everything - massages, food, bars, etc. In other parts of Bangkok, you can literally walk to get a 300 baht massage. Avani+ is so far, you need to take the ferry or call a Grab to take you somewhere. Side note: The rooftop bar here, called Sin, charges USD prices for their cocktails! INSANE! I am not paying 700-800 baht for a cocktail. I am from Las Vegas and those are definitely comparable in price ($24 USD).

This is a beautiful, luxury hotel! Very clean. Bellhops are most helpful with Grab rides, a place where we walked for massages and taking the free boat on the river. Easy access to the airport, city center, and China Town by car or taxi. Service is exceptional!
