Staff are very kind and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Room amenities could be improved. Fresh pain would also give nice facelift. Although it’s a bit far to the city centre, only a few min walk to bts and there are local shops and eateries around the hotel. Overall, it’s very convenient, provides comfortable beds, and closeness to a bts. I’d recommend this hotel.

Of course there is a 7 eleve n right opposite the S115 Residence hotel , as well there is the Emperial Mall plaza by the BTS Sky Line Train 1 Stops only in samrong area ,over the Hotel have excellent staff from the reception to the cleaners all are friendly , Hotel room clean 2 bottles of Free water every day , excellent stay I enjoyed it thanks 🙏

It's good. It's close to BTS PuChao (about 10 mins walk). Near a large BigC store, and food vendors and seven-elevens near by. There's a local market on the same street, from the hotel take a right and walk about 500 meters. I don't think this is a 3 star hotel - more like a 2 star.

Simple but overall good to stay in. Metro green line just around the corner, yellow line 15-20 minutes walking. Little cafe next to reception, 7-Eleven in front of the building and 3 minutes further typical cheap Thai food vendor.

ห้องสะอาดเดินทางสะดวกแต่อยากให้ปรับปรุง wifi

จองห้องใหญ่ ได้ห้องชั้น 7 มันดีเลิศมาก ใหญ่สมใจ หน้าต่างเยอะ สะอาดเรียบร้อย มีโต๊ะมีเก้าอี้ที่หยิบใช้ได้สะดวกง่ายดาย แต่ละห้องก็กันเสียงได้ดีระดับหนึ่ง ส่วนตัวแล้วคิดว่าไฟน้อยไปหน่อย ไฟเรียงรายอยู่โดยรอบหมด หัวเตียงเอย ติดกำแพงเอย ติดหน้าต่างเอย แต่ส่วนของกลางห้องไม่มี สำหรับห้องใหญ่เลยคิดว่ามันไม่พอสำหรับเวลากลางคืน ปลั๊กไฟก็ไม่ค่อยสะดวกสำหรับการใช้เท่าไหร่ มีแค่สองแห่ง ติดกำแพงซึ่งอยู่ไกลจากปลายเตียงมาก และอีกที่คือ ติดหัวเตียง จุดนี้คิดว่าคงแก้ไม่ได้แล้วเข้าใจได้ แต่คงไม่แวะอีกรอบ ที่มาพักรอบนี้เพราะเห็นว่าใกล้ Big C สัญญาณ Wifi ก็ไม่นิ่ง ยิ่งถ้าใช้มือถืออยู่บนเตียง ก็คืออยู่ในระยะหัวเตียงเพื่อเสียบชาร์ตแบ็ต สัญญาณก็มาไม่ถึง เพราะห้องที่ได้อยู่สุดทางเดินเลย หัวเตียงยิ่งไกลจากเครื่องส่งสัญญาณไปอีก หวังว่าจุดนี้จะแก้ไขได้ ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวท่านอื่น Wifi จำกัดให้เชื่อมต่อได้ทีละ 2 เครื่องเท่านั้น หรือถ้าเข้าใจผิดก็ขออภัย แต่ที่ไปพักอยู่สามคืน มันเป็นเช่นนั้น และสำหรับคนที่ติดกาแฟ ในห้องไม่มีกาแฟให้ ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำ ถ้าอยากกินกาแฟ ต้องไปกินที่ แผนกต้อนรับ ซึ่งจะวางกาแฟไว้ให้ชงระหว่าง 06.00น.-12.00น.

New Hotel with free parking

New hotel. Near 7-11. Key card for elevator & room access, a plus. I really enjoy the king bed soft pillow top upgrades. Not fancy amenities, but adequate. Wi-fi is good. I wish the name is different because there is another hotel nearby with similar name. Thai pronounce this hotel name as " แอด เอส 115 เรซิ เดนซ์ "

Neues Hotel nur wenige Minuten von der BTS Station. Hotel hat eine Terasse mit Kaffee. Gegenüber ist auch ein 7 Eleven und mehrere Essenstände.

新築のお得なホテル

まずホテルは新築でとても綺麗だった。 グーグルマップには載っていないが目の前にセブンイレブンがオープンしていて大変便利。 レンタカーで行きましたが駐車場に係員が24時間いて誘導してくれます。 隣が工場ですが騒音などなく快適です。 改善して欲しいなという点は、部屋にドライヤーが無いところ。 コインランドリーを利用しましたが、水圧が弱く2時間たっても洗濯が終わらなかった。 宿泊費から考えたら非常にお得なホテルです。 次回も利用するでしょう。
