Everything was excellent except the in-room clothes dryer as well as the pay to use dryer don't completely dry the clothes. Would recommend this place as we will stay here again. Great for families.

Overall a good place to choose in Bangkok due to the size of rooms, amenities and great location. We travelled as a family of seven with a booking for 1 two bedroom unit and 2 one bedroom units, with a booking made well over 3 months prior and staying for 13 nights. Upon arrival we were assigned rooms on different floors, including one room that was a smaller unit than what we paid for, but compensated with breakfast vouchers for just 4 persons. The smaller room was reassigned the following day. Service levels were mixed - while some guests (including us) were given their room keys and pointed in the direction of the guest lift, others, including a solo traveller staying for just one night, were accompanied to the lifts and assisted with their luggage all the way up to their room. Housekeeping service was also a let down - over a period of 13 days, my room was only vacuumed once (on the last day before check out); laundry left in the room before 10am inside the provided bag with the forms filled out, weren't collected as at 6pm upon return to the room; calls to reception to inform them of laundry collection was never answered over a 40 minute period. Despite the shortcomings, I would receommend this hotel to anyone who loves the convenience of public transport, great eating places and many other conveniences all within walking distance from the hotel.

my second stay here, hotel rooms and lobby conformable, Breakfast super yummy, highly rated. Location is convenience, near to many restaurants, massages, little Japan, staffs smiling and helpful, many stars rating. will return soon.

1st day given a room with faulty air con (many plaster on the air con). Request for a change of room. 2nd day room bathtub and toilet bowl was badly choked. have to call maintenance guy over but not much can be done. Stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping did not even change bedsheet and pillow casing at all.
