Great stay, close to a lot of restaurants, shops, just avoid the pushy tour selling people outside. The starbucks downstairs was very convenient. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Pastel rooftop was cute.

The concierge staff was absolutely exceptional. Everyone was always ready to help and assist the maintenance was very respectful and they always showed up to fix whatever issue may be in a room housekeeping was immaculate as well. I would definitely be back.

Nice hotel, but not everything works

Nuce hotel in good location, but light switches in room made no sense and it proved impossible to leave the small bathroom on at night. Light swiches seemed to randomly turn lights off and on. Maintenance spent 30 or 40 minutes to fix it and failed. AC Maintenance work forced me to change rooms, new room at the end of the hall smaller and no proper desk to work with laptop.

I asked for a wake up call because my phone has not been working properly. The staff member accepted my requested and their exact words were “noted”. The wake up call never came. Missed my flight and had to pay fees. Not sure what I can do because there is no alarm clock in the room. My phone was acting weird in a foreign country and the hotel didn’t make the wake up call. Don’t offer that service and have people rely on it if you are not going to follow through. I would consider staying here again, I will NEVER use their wake up call service again. Horrible for them to only say sorry. They should offer to pay my fees for missed flight and rebooking.
