The room was clean, the staff were all very good. Breakfast was always delicious choices. If you chose to go without housekeeping, you need to put the empty water bottles outside your room then they will replace them for you (I didn’t figure that out until the end of my 7 night stay!). Suntanning has to be in the morning - the sun leaves the pool early. Not sure that their bartender is trained - I had a margarita that was mostly undisolved sugar! Suggest stick with wine or beer. I tried most of the malls in the area I think and no luck for buying clothes until last day went to Terminal 21 mall and main floor came across an area that is all local shops instead of chain stores. Could have saved myself a lot of wasted time had I known to go here first!

Professional and accommodating staff. Lobby and rooms are clean and fresh immediately upon arrival. The variety of the breakfast buffet was amazing. Situated in a very energetic part of BKK. I would def stay here again when I'm back. The only downside is some of the gym equipment is a bit dated, but that is me nitpicking.

The customer service was outstanding they helped me dry my clothes when the dryer in my sweet broke and they even call the ride for me to Pattaya which would have saved me a lot of money if I would have gone the other route and got grabbed instead

When in Bangkok we stay here - the hotel is located in a very quiet side street in Sukhumvit but within minutes you are at the BTS. It is the best value, spacious clean suites great staff. And the staff members like Khun Jame remember you!
