Great hotel regardless, but exceptionally convenient for anyone visiting the Bumrungrad Hospital. We were very happy with the service, the room, the food, and the pool/gym area.

As a return guest. I was given an upgrade which wasn't much of one. Offered a large suite for an upgrade price. Room sat above the hotel cafeteria and offices. Pay extra for noise and furnished earplugs. I said no thank you. Was offered a different room that was better. Had a discussion with the highest manager on site and we settled my upset and be being offended. Stayed 6 days.
