Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We had a terrible experience. W had to prove we had a reservation with our cell by showing them the booking. They were treating us as if we were bad people trying to trick then or something. If you do not share the same culture, it is obvious and they will certainly make it known.. The elevator is also more of a wheelchair lift and is extremely slow... We had to check out early and get a new hotel.. The property and area around it is dirty. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. I have no clue how it has the rating it has....
