Mansefield Cottage is located just 4 miles from the beautiful fishing port town of Portsoy, with a host of local shops, restaurants and bars along with a historic harbour and beaches. This lovely cottage nestles in a semi rural location with spectacular views over the rolling countryside and the distant coast. The owners also provide a telescope, so guests can enjoy the amazing sunsets. The property has been renovated throughout 2020 and offers a large open plan living area with a tiled floor throughout, comfortable seating and Smart TV, spacious dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom and a single bedroom both served by a contemporary bathroom. Outside there is a seating area and private parking. The coastline is filled with beautiful sandy bays where you can walk for miles, and there are numerous fishing ports and tranquil villages with a host of shops selling Scottish produce. The area is well suited for outdoor enthusiasts with many walks and cycle routes from the front door. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.

Thank you for the most incredible stay! The best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in with the most amazing hosts. Will be at the top of our list for recommendations to friends and family. Lovely peaceful location, cottage was comfy, spotless and had absolutely everything we could ever need(plus more!) and the hosts were so kind, friendly and welcoming. We are so lucky to have found this cottage and we had the most wonderful stay!

Have left a review for this amazing holiday cottage before but felt the need to leave another. Mansefield cottage is absolutely stunning and idyllic. It has everything you need for the perfect, relaxing getaway. The hosts Steve and Margaret go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They make you feel like family. They provide everything you could possibly need for your stay. They have thought of everything and all the essentials like tea, coffee, milk, eggs, food in the freezer, toilet rolls etc are provided so you don't have to worry about rushing to the shops the evening you get there, you can just unpack and chill. And they also provide some basic food essentials if you have certain food intolerances such as dairy and gluten. Also a beautiful hamper full of tasty treats is there for you to enjoy. Steve and Margaret are amazing, kind and generous hosts. And we cannot wait to return with our little family for a 4th time.
