Awesome brand new hotel! Parking a bit tight, but there are a lot of space available. Bed is not the comfiest around, but its great! Best of all, HEATED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL!!!

The hotel staff are professional, friendly and efficient. The in room dining was outstanding. Beyond our expectations for Best Western. Close to the Soes Merdeka bakery as well. We would skip the spa visit next trip. However that didn’t dampen our excellent experience.

Booked a junior suite, was a big room but lacked comfort, was very bland hotel room. Quite a noisy room, 21st floor, but could hear all traffic and calls to pray at 4am, really needs some better windows. Mini bar stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and crisps. Executive lounge was closed. Pool was nice and warm. Hotel quite busy on the weekend, but quiet Mon/Tues. Breakfast was good, great choice of local dishes and 'international' dishes & drinks.

夜着いたので人が少なくチェックインはスムーズ。朝ご飯ビュッフェはインドネシアン料理と洋食が並び、温かいスープも飲めてよかった。窓からの眺めはお家の中がよく見えて洗濯をしているおばあちゃんがよく見えた。 もうちょっと隠しても良いと思う。 バスローブはない。シャワーのお湯が途中から出てこなくて困った。

Vierailimme ko. hotellissa edellisen kerran, kun hotelli oli aivan uusi 2 v. sitten. Nyt hotellin tiloissa oli selvästi näkyvissä kulumisen jälkiä, aiemmalta kerralta oli poistuneet kylpytakit huoneista ja aamiainen oli ehkä hivenen yksipuolistunut. Paikallisiin olosuhteisiin suhteutettuna kuitenkin edelleen laadukas ja hintansa arvoinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.

We have experienced extremely slow and erratic WiFi especially at night that switching on our data to use is faster instead. It could be due to the reason that the hotel is quite fully packed so there were many people using it. In addition, the shower system also turned from warm to cold after 10-15mins despite we turned the knob to warm. It happened every day during our 3 nights stay and the second member has to shower in cold water. The only plus point is there’s a minimal shopping mall located opposite of the hotel and there is also a KFC downstairs. however, if you are looking for a more crowded shopping area that will be Cihampelas, and you can look for hotel to stay in that area
