Very friendly and absolutely beautiful view from our balcony. Went to the beach and saw a bunch of starfish in the tide pools. The complimentary breakfast was light and good. Extremely nice people at the desk

The beachfront unit we were in was dated but very clean and quaint. The view was exceptional. I definitely would would not stay anywhere else if I were in the area again.Also pet friendly.

This property said it was established in 1936 and it looks like it! It was totally disgusting and in very poor condition. Would not recommend for anyone. Left without staying the night. Would not refund money that we paid when we booked, several months before.

Pros: Right by the ocean, incredible view from our room, close to Old Town Bandon and the viewpoints and sights! We appreciate and are glad we stayed at the property for these reasons :) Now for the cons: Room was in *very* poor condition, stained carpet, beds were sinking in, dusty surfaces, no AC which is ok but only one tiny and very dusty fan to help with cooling and air flow, room doesn’t have a mini refrigerator or microwave. I understand paying $160 for the incredible view and location, and to me for the cost the room it should also be decent and in better condition. Staying here next time we’re in Bandon will be a last resort.

The room was NOT at all as expected. The room was extremely musty and dark, no windows and one sliding door that had no screen. The rug was stained, the bedding, along with anything else in the room was OLD, dirty and outdated. We asked for another room stating we could not stay in the room from how bad it smelled. The gentleman said he has gotten the same complaints and offered us the conference room. When he brought us to this room there were two unmade beds and the smell was no better. The beach view was the ONLY thing going for this place. I hope in the future the owners make the necessary upgrades because this place could be a goldmine.

Gorgeous views

Our room was facing the ocean and beautiful rock formations. The beds were comfortable enough. The building seems old but worth it for the view.
