Room was comfortable, however it had very poor ventilation in the bathroom and no opening windows. Paint peeling and mould in the bathroom. A nice hotel but lots of knobs and buttons missing from elevators and toilets. Friendly, helpful staff and nice meals at the restaurant.

The shower was leaking water in 4 places and difficult to operate. Water ended up going everywhere. The shower was extremely high to step up into. My other coworkers commented on this for their rooms too. The room was never cleaned or freshened up in a Mon- Fri stay. They kept asking for tips at the bar even for one drink?

Property hard to find and no house keeping

The hotel is located in a shopping mall and the property is NOT visible from any road. No sign pointing to the hotel either. Very hard to find the hotel. The room is clean and everything worked. No house keeping for the 3 days we stayed. All meals must be pre-purchased.
