- There was sand and small stones in the bed closest to the window. - The wall-mounted soap in the shower couldn't be used, as it wasn't installed correctly (cap was still on it) - One of two elevators was down most of the time that I was there. - The stairwell door closest to me didn't close easily, which seemed like a fire hazard. - The 'breakfast' bar didn't really have a lot (any?!?) of non-dairy options.

The hotel staff were nice, room was clean Amenities were good. The included breakfast buffet was a plus. The only downside was that the people who stayed next door to our room was talking loudly and slamming doors particularly late during the quiet hours. This made us quite restless since we are light sleepers.
