When I got there the beds in my room were not made, no towels in the room. Then at first they told me I had to find another hotel because housekeeping was gone for the day. Then the maintenance person agreed to make beds so while me and my daughter stood there we watched him throw a sheet on the bed and leave blankets then I had to request towels. And there was blood in the elevator

Checked into a room with a broken toilet, no hand soap, no shower gel in the container. They didn’t have any hand soap to bring up. Had to call three times to get shower gel and someone to look at the toilet. Went to the restaurant at the hotel for dinner and the chicken was raw inside. Won’t be back ever. Suggest to avoid!

The room was clean and the restaurant had exceptional food. However, the heat did not work, so it was a little chilli during our stay. The TV also did not work and would not turn off, so we unplugged it to sleep. Overall, the stay was okay.
