Our Ravens game trip

This property is labeled Sonesta Inner Harbor. It is actually 3-4 blocks north of the harbor. Unlike their sister hotel The Sonesta Harbor Court that I had stayed at many times. The names of the hotels lead to confusion on their actual location. 45 dollars a night for parking

Staff was great. Building and room was clean. Only gripe I did have was the long wait time I had for my breakfast in the morning. From the time I ordered and got my food it was well over a 45 minute wait.

Jussem who was at the front desk in the afternoon went out of his way to help us. Your hotel need more people like him. The others were ok. Some didn't seem to know much. We were in room 423 which smelled "funny" when you entered the room. The room lights were not bright enough for me, even when every room light was turned on. We had a problem with the response time when getting our car from PMC.
