My stay at this hotel was excellent. The best part was that I went out shopping, and the staff came in to replace my bathroom towels—yet nothing went missing from my luggage, even though they entered the room while I wasn't there.

I booked a double bed room for the 4 of us. We get there there are no towels or wash clothes nor toilet paper. I call to front desk and ask for the items the lady brings 1 towel an say we cant get anymore until the next morning. If you leave your room you have to go to front desk to let you back in the room because the door key doesn't work. They pool is noy open. The sheets has cigarette holes all on them. They are awful.

If you need a microwave and/or refrigerator, you have to request them the morning of your check-in, as not all rooms have them. Breakfast is continental so was just bagels, muffins, coffee and juice and some corn flakes with milk. They were out of Raisin Bran. The breakfast was as advertised: Continental !
