Clean, modern, excellent neighborhood right on the water. Plenty of community space in the property if you don't want to hang in your apartment. Really appreciated the washer and dryer as I was coming from the first week of 2 weeks on the road.

Our experience at Roost was excellent. Staff were friendly, location was perfect for our purposes. The room layout was also great. We appreciated that the bedroom was separate from the living space. This alllowed is to relax in the living room or on the balcony and to have plenty of space.

The Roost is definitely a prime location to stay when visiting the Baltimore area. The Peninsula is an incredibly inviting locale that surely appeals to all. My only knock against the venue was a sour smell when the air conditioning was raised above 67º. Other than that, the bathroom, the kitchen, the deck space....felt like a home away from home.
