It is NOT business friendly. There’s no real business center. The one printer had no toner. And the staff couldn’t care less or offered to help by printing. Go to Hilton is you are in town for business.

I appreciated the location. Within walking distance and less than 5 minutes driving, there were several food options, a nail spa, Lowe's, Giant Supermarket, an AMC Movie Theater, Burlington, Marshall's and more. Parking was free and very close. My room was very nice and clean. Most of all, it was quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. Because my business and stay was short, I unfortunately did not have an opportunity to partake in the available room service or in-hotel restaurant. However, there were a few items on the menu that looked quite appetizing. Check in was quick and simple, as was checking out. I do have to return for business purposes in the near future, and will definitely stay again.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and attentive to my needs when I realized the room refrigerator wasnt working. The room should have a microwave and coffee to brew. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff in the restaurant was excellent. I really enjoyed the fresh bread and my meal. I appreciated the vegetarian options other than salad:)

Very nice hotel in a good location; however, the management’s approach to this property is questionable. We got a room on the 3rd floor, and the ballroom was under our room on the 2nd floor. The hotel management rented the ballroom out for an extremely loud party (we heard music and vibration in our room). I called the reception at 11:15 pm, they told me the ballroom is booked till midnight, and they can play loud music till midnight. Nobody told us about party when we booked or got our room, they had no other rooms for us, just said they are sorry… if you ended up staying here, try to avoid having a room on the 3rd floor.
