Starting from the room bed sheets were burned with cigarettes, rats running in the room rat droppings on the bed when I returned. I informed at the reception about the rats and droppings I was told that room will be cleaned in sometime as I was again going out for some work. Room was the same as I returned so I had to leave the hotel as I don’t wanted smell the rat pee the whole night break was just granola bar orange and apple juice and coffee. Sorry to say but I did paid $75 per night for 2 days I stayed only I night and 3 hours I want my refund back if possible or guide me where to get refund from . People on reception have no idea about the property.

The rooms were extremely dirty. If you pay through a third party app, they place you in the lower end rooms. I stayed there for weeks, and I regret it. This place is mouse infested, the mice literally run right under the doors and all over the rooms. I even cleaned up rodent droppings while staying here. The entire staff acts as if they dont know what they are doing and they take advantage of people of color... The complimentary breakfast is a lie... they put out apple juice and water.

When you walk into the hotel you smell something extremely foul. The posted sign says a lot of things aren’t allowed at the hotel but when you walk past rooms, you see that there isn’t any rules followed. My wife and I spent 20 minutes in our room, that was how long it took to book another hotel stay. It looked like someone got shot in the room, as there was blood on the ceiling and blood on the box spring. The bed also had white and red stains that could have been from any body fluid but your imagination can direct you to what I could of been. When leaving after only 20 minutes there was 3 prostitutes hanging outside promoting there goods… in the snow. Also the elevator was broken and you had to go upstairs then downstairs to the rooms of discuss. this has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Never stay here ever.

Only 2 TV child. The boarders were coming off the carpet. The room and entry to the hotel had a bad odor. Hot didn’t work. The continental breakfast was just juice. And it started late. Did enjoy the stay. The heat worked though I will say. The bathroom water spout leaked.

The first room they gave me smelled like urine and all the bed sheets are burned. The second room they gave me was just as bad and dirty as the first room. This place is a hazard. There are no smoke alarms and has wires exposed on the ceiling. There is also mice running around the floor.
