The advertisement of the hotel was great though ratings was great. I get there. The room is in a disarray. There’s racks to put your towels and washcloths on. The breakfast area was nothing but juice in a container and some breakfast bars a mess. I will not be seeing there again.

Dirty comforter, absolutely no water pressure to take a shower. The hotel knows this which is why they list room as non refundable to literally rip ppl off renting a room they know is insufficient BEWARE!

I did not stay I checked in and checked out in under an hour. Two rats came out while I was sitting on the bed getting to watch TV - the room smelled and there were towels on the floor and on the vents in the room. The young man who checked me in had a flat affect and didn’t even offer concern about my complaint.

Unkept property, broken lamp and destroyed smoke detector, bullet proof partition at front desk. Howard Johnson’s should remove their name from this property . Checked in at 15:00 and checked out at 15:30. I would not board my pet there. I have pictures, I want my money back!

Unfortunately not as advertised. The hotel is overtaken by illicit activity. I did not feel safe. There was blood and who knows what else on the bed (I just looked in the room and left). The night staff member I have to thank because he knew that it was not suitable. He tried to warn me by asking me to see the room first before he checked me in. It was really late and I was exhausted but he made himself clear. He accepted the cancellation with no problem. Thank you to this staff member for looking out for me. I hope you can move to a better environment.

I had to come to town for a medical procedure so looked for something close to where my doctor’s office would be. I don’t know how the ratings for the place were so good. It was terrible, not cleaned and shady people. I booked a king non-smoking room and literally opened the door to a fresh smoked cigarette. Went and asked for another room, gave me a double bed instead. Can smell the smoke in there too but not within the last hour at least. But, room was dirty, the door did not seem secure, there was writing in magic marker on the bathroom mirror, mirror was broke and covered with tape, pubic hair on the toilet seat and the wall was holding up the small tv. Also burn marks on the stand the tv was resting on. The bed sheets were dirty and well. I told them I could not stay and checked out within 15 minutes of getting there. Worst Howard Johnson I’ve ever been to. I’d give negative stars if I could. 100% do NOT recommend

This reservation wasn’t canceled months ago. When I received a text message from them I called them to explain that the reservation was canceled they still found it in the system I said please cancel it I will not be able to make the trip the response was I can’t do that you must call expedia the phone number went to a sales pitch could not get a hold of them will not use you until you start provide phone numbers

This place is a dump! It smelled like smoke from the moment I walked in. The pictures are false advertising. It looks nothing like the pictures on the site. No elevator to the 2nd floor?!! I would've had to carry my 50lb. Bag to the 2nd floor. I left without even seeing the room, it was so gross and scary
