The staff was amazing! Friendly and available 24/7. The breakfast was good and service was terrific. I loved that they have coffee available all day and the cookies in the lobby were an added treat! I’m only taking off one star because the room we got was a bit “worn” and in need of a re-fresh.

The room was clean, never had a chance for breakfast, close walking distance to Inner Harbor. Only drawback was, no conditioner in shower, and when staff was made aware, they did not restock, even though they say they did. The digital key idea is awesome! All in all, comfortable and will stay there again.
