The staff was wonderful, the lobby is nice, and it is nice to have a restaurant on site. My room was big and clean; the bed was comfortable. However, it's age is starting to show. The heater in the room was so loud and there were huge gaps in the door, so all the heat flowed out, and the heater kept kicking on. I would stay here again.

The rooms were big enough for two preteen boys. Only downside was the pool being closed that day. I've only booked for the pool. However, the staff were kind, room and breakfast were on point. Breakfast was an addition to the room price.

I My mother and I were in town for some dental surgery. We checked in on December 28 and scheduled to check out on December 31, 2025. While sitting in my bed on December 30th I pulled down my bed covers to the sight of what appeared to be bed bugs. We immediately called the front desk and told them our situation. They were very concerned and responded quickly. Scott, an engineer came and saw what I saw. We decided to strip the beds. He asked if we wanted to change rooms. Because we had a lot of luggage and were already spooked we decided to check out. I asked the woman at the front desk about obtaining a refund for the remaining day of our stay. Very nicely she said I need to contact and request the refund as I booked the room through you and pre-paid. I’m contacting you now to request the refund of one night. Great customer service, clean room. No microwave in room. I found breakfast to be expensive $20… ookish, not anything to talk about. At times there was too much noise for me… inconsiderate neighbors. Some furniture needs to be replaced, by the bar the was a cloth couch that had some horrible stains.

Front Desk-My interactions were minimal. Only checking in and out. Both were pleasant Amenities-My room had no microwave. That’s very antiquated to not have that in a hotel room in 2026 Checkout time was 12pm which is great! The cleaning crew kept knocking on my room door the day of checkout prior to 12pm. I’m not sure where the disconnect was but I was very annoyed by that. The TV service had about 10 channels. Not impressed.
