I truly truly am so saddened to even leave a review like this! But this hotel was far below my expectations! I understood that I was booking a non fancy hotel but I am still in shock of how below the bar this hotel is. I want to start off by saying the airport shuttle was easy to connect with I just called and they picked me up, the driver was very friendly. The drive was great, the lobby of the hotel is very nice and the two gentlemen at the front counter were friendly and welcoming. When I got my room, it smelled of smoking and urine, the door to the bathroom was broken. I asked for another room which was accommodated however this room the furniture broke as I set my luggage down and a/c did not stay on. Additionally, there were insects on the mattress! I am so sorry as if someone truly needs a place to stay be aware these pictures are deceiving and I would recommend spend more money elsewhere. I appreciate the gentlemen at the front desk but I left 25 minutes after “check in” because I could not stay in these conditions. I am hoping to receive a refund and hope to save someone the time with this review. Thank you.

Airport shuttle was very unhelpful and unfriendly to older gentlemen and ladies riding as passengers. Bathroom door was broken, as was table/seat in room. Room, elevators, and general floor were not as clean as they should be. Do not plan to return.

Room was very clean the only issue was the person doing breakfast didn't show up so nobody received breakfast even though we paid for it plus the first day we was there the breakfast person was late.

I was worried after reading the mixed reviews for this property, but we were already planning on staying regardless so we just decided to wait and see. I am glad we did. Our shuttle from the airport was very nice, and the driver was a great guy who was very helpful regarding our trip. We found out even before arriving on site that there was a wonderful cruise port shuttle available. It is very affordable and leaves hourly Thursday through Sunday. Lucky us! We fell into those days, and booked our outgoing trip at check in. We also received our breakfast vouchers and room keys. The staff was very helpful about the area and where we could get a bite to eat. There’s a restaurant attached to the hotel, that delivers. Talk about easy! Our room was clean, my only complaint about it was that one of the blankets had burn holes in it. It was clean, just old and should have been replaced by that time. Also our phone to the front desk did not work. Small things in the big picture as our stay was very nice. I would gladly stay here again. I’d also recommend it to friends and family (even the ones that are picky) so far, so good though. Tomorrow morning we’ll see how breakfast is. I’m hoping it’s as great as the visit has been.

Before staying in any room I do a sweep for bugs - found roaches and roach eggs. When I told don’t desk I did not want to stay the two young men laughed as I was walking out the front door. The room I was in also had very little light I presume to hide how disgusting it was. The pull out bed couch had a huge pee stain lots of crumbs and a fork left from previous visitors. Expedia kindly helped me with a refund.

There was no blanket on the beds, only a sheet. The pillowcases smelled like they were used, the clock did not work, the tv did not work. We were sent to another room because the shampoo, conditioner and soap were missing from the original room. Conditions were very poor but staff was pleasant.
