I should have believed the reviews, this property is terrible. It is located in a warehouse area, meaning surrounded by warehouses. We felt unsafe, we placed a heavy suitcase in front of the door and barely slept that night. The walls are thin and there's a gap under the door, so you heard all of the hall traffic, throughout the night. I would not recommend this property.

It was dirty, the towels bedsheets and beds, everything. They sent me to a smoking room level where we asked for non smoking. The shower was cold, no hot water. Barely anything for breakfast was basic as hell. Bread, cereal and waffles. They couldn’t find our booking appointment anywhere. Only stayed for 1 hour on the last day, asked for refund and they couldn’t give us anything at all on the day we didn’t spend the night for. The exterior of the property was well maintained, but once you go inside the rooms it’s like a motel instead.

The dirty carpet, poorly cleaned room, broken AC, and maintenance’s careless handling left everything on the floor. The AC didn’t fix, and no note was left. The place is unsafe for children. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

The desk clerk did his best to be helpful and addressed a minor snafu. He was by himself and the phone rang nonstop. So check in was fine. Unfortunately the condition of the room I did receive was less than desirable..parts were so dirty I wouldn't touch them. I couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning. I know the room was a deal, but...wow.

It was clean and nice beside the man that banged on my door to tell me and my wife that our 9 month old needed to shut up other then it was amazing and yes me and my family would stay there again and the lady that runs it kept saying sorry for what happen but it was very clean and everything else
