Employees were friendly and helpful. House keeping staff were very nice. The downstairs lobby was very nice and put together. But the rooms themselves are very aged. Rooms do not have microwaves; not convenient at all. (One microwave in the lobby is not helpful) Doors on dressers were not aligned. Shower drain got backed up with my second shower! Tissues and toilet paper were basically a negative “ply”. We were told they are renovating at some point. It’s a great location and overall a decent hotel.
